Minimum Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent degree or having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after ME/M.Tech.
• The candidate should have at least two research publications in SCI-indexed Q1 journals.

Essential Experience

1. Candidates should have a strong foundation in Physics, Chemistry, and Materials Engineering, along with good experimental skills and hands-on experience with characterization techniques such as SEM, XRD, Raman spectroscopy, and XPS.
2. Candidates should have a strong background in electrochemical systems, ceramic processing, and sintering, with relevant theoretical understanding and experimental experience.
3. The candidate should have practical experience in electrochemical characterization and testing under controlled gas atmospheres, including safe handling and use of hydrogen.

Desirable Experience

Experience in SOFC fabrication, cell/stack assembly, and electrochemical testing would be desirable.
