Post-wise Experience and Age Limit

Head (Technical & Advisor to CMD)

• Maximum Age: 55 years as on 01.10.2026.
• Experience: 25 years of experience in Aviation field including 1st & 2nd Line Maintenance Operations and MRO of helicopters.
• 10 years of experience including Leadership & Strategic role in MRO establishment (Helicopters).
• Experience in Audit & Quality Assurance.
• Experience in Administration of large scale workforce, Production & Supply chain Planning, Maintenance Optimization, Aviation Manufacturing and Setting up of ROH of Aviation Aggregates.

Sr. Consultant (Mktg & BD)

• Maximum Age: 63 years as on 01.10.2026.
• Experience / Exposure: Good exposure to customer acquisition and long-term contracts, new markets for passenger services, new service lines (firsts for India), UDAN Regional Connectivity Scheme, tendering, contracts and fleet, consultancy and infrastructure business, marketing organization and revenue protection, brand and stakeholder outreach, and aviation education as a business line.

Consultant (Finance & Accounts)

• Maximum Age: 50 years as on 01.10.2026.
• Experience / Exposure: Good exposure to day-to-day accounting & payment processing, accounts receivable & accounts payable, bank reconciliation, GST compliance & return filing (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B), TDS & Professional Tax (PT), statutory payments & compliance, invoice processing & accounting entries, Tally ERP 9 & Tally Prime, MS Excel & MS Word, inventory & stock management, and reporting & record maintenance.

Pay and Tenure

The engagement for all posts is purely on a contract basis, initially for a period of 01 year, which may be extended for another period of 01 year based on company requirement.

• Entertainment Allowance: Rs. 8,000/- per month.
• Telephone Expenses: Rs. 2,000/- per month.
• Conveyance Expenses: Rs. 15,000/- per month.

Consultant (Finance & Accounts)

• Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month.
• Entertainment Allowance: Rs. 8,000/- per month.

Head (Technical & Advisor to CMD)

• Provide strategic, operational and sector-specific advice to the CMD.
• Support the achievement of PHL’s vision and objectives with emphasis on Atmanirbharta, business development, and aviation sector growth.
• Drive operational excellence, government and institutional partnerships, emerging aviation opportunities, and organizational transformation.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to achieve organizational and business objectives.

Sr. Consultant (Mktg & BD)

• Provide professional expertise and strategic guidance to explore new business opportunities and identify potential avenues in the aviation sector.
• Develop marketing strategies, expand the company’s customer base, and establish strategic alliances.
• Assist in developing business proposals and preparing market assessments.
• Coordinate with prospective clients, government bodies, and institutional stakeholders to improve business performance and long-term growth.

Consultant (Finance & Accounts)

• Assist in day-to-day financial operations for the Finance & Accounts Department.
• Prepare and process bills and vouchers.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts, and monitor payments and receipts.
• Prepare financial statements and periodic reports.
• Coordinate in budget-related matters and carry out allied financial and accounting tasks assigned by the competent authority.
