Who Can Apply

Eligibility for the Program Manager post follows Institute norms, not Funding Agency norms. A candidate must meet any one of the four options below as the essential qualification and experience:

• Ph.D. or equivalent.
• OR M.Tech./M.S./M.Phil. or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 02 years of post qualification experience in Teaching/Research/Industrial/Design and development/IT/Administration in an organization/Industry of repute.
• OR B.Tech./B.E./M.Sc./M.C.A./LLM./CA/CMA/CS/MBA/Professional qualification or equivalent in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 04 years of post-qualification experience in teaching/research/Industrial/Design and development/IT/Administration in an organization/Industry of repute.
• OR B.C.A./B.Sc./B.A./B.Com./B.B.A./LLB. or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 08 years of post-qualification experience in teaching/research/Industrial/Design and development/IT/Administration in an organization/Industry of repute.

AND the academic record must meet these marks: a minimum of 60% or equivalent grade from Graduation onward, and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th.

Desirable Qualification/Experience

• Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of Gujarati language is a plus.
• Prior experience working in non-profit or NGO is a plus.

Pay and Tenure

IIT Gandhinagar Program Manager Job Description

1. Manage the projects and activities of NEEV, including skill development, education, and livelihood verticals.
2. Coordinate with funding agencies, government agencies, and internal and external stakeholders.
3. Look for new funding opportunities and expand the NEEV program with new projects.
4. Responsibilities include fundraising, budgeting, annual planning, overseeing implementation, reporting and compliance management, PR management, impact assessment, stakeholder liaisoning, and team management.
