Directorate of Vigilance Goa Technical Examiner Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline

The Directorate of Vigilance is filling 2 posts of Technical Examiner by transfer on deputation, at Pay Level-11. Both posts are reserved for General. Only officers under the Central, State or Union Territory Government who hold an analogous post or meet the pay-level and service rules can apply. They also need a Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering. Applications are made on the cbes.goa.gov.in portal (Advertisement 10 Year 2026) from 9 October 2026 to 23 November 2026, and the application window is open.

Who Can Apply

The Technical Examiner post is filled by transfer on deputation. It is open only to officers under the Central/State/Union Territory Government who meet one of these conditions:

1. (i) holding an analogous post on a regular basis; or
2. (ii) in L-10 of the pay matrix with three years’ regular service in the grade, or in L-8 of the pay matrix with five years’ regular service in the grade, or in L-7 of the pay matrix with eight years’ regular service in the grade,

possessing the educational qualifications prescribed for direct recruits, i.e. a Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering from a recognized University.

Age limit: the notice gives a maximum age of 60 for the post. It does not print a cut-off date for age.
