Qualifications and Age Limit
Program Officer: First-class degree in MBA / BE / BTech / MRTM (Master of Rural Technology and Management) / Mathematics / Physics postgraduate.
Assistant Programmer: MCA (Computer Science / Information Technology) / MSc degree, or BE / BTech in Computer Science / Information Technology/Computer Science Engineering from a recognized university, or equivalent.
Accountant: BCom with at least 55% marks, or passed intermediate in ICWAI / CA, or post-graduation in BCom with 55% marks.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years as of 01.01.2026, with an upper age relaxation up to 45 years for local resident unemployed youth of Chhattisgarh.

Selection Process
