Qualification and Experience

Qualification
AYUSH Doctor with PG Qualification
Must possess a Post Graduate Degree in Ayurveda or Unani or Homoeopathy or Naturopathy system awarded by a University in India established or incorporated by or under Central Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission, after having undergone regular study of not less than (3) years duration.
AYUSH Medical Officer
Must possess a Degree in Ayurveda or Unani or Homoeopathy or Naturopathy system awarded by a University in India established or incorporated by or under central Act or State Act or Provincial Act or an institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any statutory Board of the State Government after having undergone a regular course of institutional study in the respective systems, both in theory and practice for a period not less than 4 ½ years duration in a teaching institution recognized by the university or state government with one year compulsory internship.
Dietician
Must possess a Degree in B.sc Nutrition awarded by a University in India established or incorporated by or under central Act or State Act or Provincial Act or an institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any statutory Board of the State Government.
Multi Purpose Worker (MPW)
i. Must have passed VII Class examination. ii. Must be able to ride a Bicycle / Motorcycle.
Psychosocial Counselor (on Call)
Must possess a Post Graduate Degree in Master of Social Work (MSW) awarded by a University in India established or incorporated by or under Central Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.
Yoga Professional
Must possess a Degree in Naturopathy system awarded by a University in India established or incorporated by or under central Act or State Act or Provincial Act or an institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any statutory Board of the State Government after having undergone a regular course of institutional study in the respective systems, both in theory and practice for a period not less than 4 ½ years duration in a teaching institution recognized by the university or state government with one year compulsory internship; OR must possess a ‘Diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences’ awarded by a University in India established or incorporated by or under central Act or State Act or Provincial Act or an institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any statutory Board of the State Government.
Pay and Terms
The consolidated pay per month for the engaged positions is Rs. 60,000/- for AYUSH Doctor with PG Qualification, Rs. 40,000/- for AYUSH Medical Officer, Rs. 20,000/- for Dietician, Rs. 28,000/- for Yoga Professional, and Rs. 15,000/- for Multi Purpose Worker (MPW). The Psychosocial Counselor is paid @ Rs. 500/- per session with at least 200 visits in a year on call basis. The recruitment is made on an outsourcing basis up to 31 March 2027, and thereafter services will continue as per need and subject to satisfactory performance.
