Essential Qualification Required
Accountant
Bachelor’s degree in commerce from recognized University/institute and proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, MS Excel and Tally. Retired employees who held analogous posts in the Central Government/ State Government/Autonomous Bodies/PSUs/Central or State Universities.
Office Intern
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute with proficiency in computer applications including MS Word, MS Excel, Spreadsheet and Tally.
Legal Advisor
Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized University. Enrolment as an Advocate with a State Bar Council under the Advocates Act, 1961, and minimum 10 years’ standing at the Bar as on the last date of application. Retired/working personnel with experience of 20 years and more will be preferred.
Security Officer
Graduate in any discipline. Ex-serviceman retired from Army/Navy/Air Force/Paramilitary Force preferably from the rank of DSP or equivalent with meritorious service records.
Pay and Tenure
The initial engagement for all positions is for a period of one year, and to be considered for further extension up to 2 terms subject to the requirement of the institute and satisfactory work performance, up to a total limit of 3 years (except Legal Advisor, where it is extendable on mutual consent). Remuneration includes monthly consolidated pay: Rs. 30,000/- for Accountant, Rs. 25,000/- for Office Intern, and Rs. 50,000/- for Security Officer, along with TA/DA for official tours/visits as per Institute rules. Remuneration for Legal Advisor is based on mutual discussion.
