Kalahandi North Forest Division is recruiting for 1 vacancy for the post of GIS Specialist -cum- Drone Operator on a contract basis for a period of 05 Months subject to satisfactory performance. Eligible candidates holding a Master’s degree in Remote sensing & GIS with minimum 3 years work experience can attend the walk-in interview on 23 October 2026, reporting at 11:00 AM, with the place of posting at Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi. The notified consolidated emoluments are Rs. 40,000 per month. Posts and Eligibility

Candidate must have a Master’s degree in Remote sensing & GIS with minimum 3 years work experience. Candidates must have worked with GIS software, programming languages and operation of drones and camera traps. A letter of experience regarding the same must be attached.

Candidates having prior experience of working with wildlife, knowledge of Bio Statistics, or knowledge of image processing shall be preferred.

Age Limit: Age no bar.

What Happens on the Day

Registration and scrutiny of applications will be conducted before the interview.
