DSDA Junior Engineer Recruitment 2026 – Walk-in

Digha Sankarpur Development Authority (DSDA) has announced 1 vacancy for the Junior Engineer (Civil) post on a contract basis for an initial duration of 01 year. Candidates holding a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Degree in Civil Engineering can attend the walk-in-interview on 3 November 2026, reporting at 12:00 PM at the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, Digha Sankarpur Development Authority. The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 25,000. Applicants must attend the walk-in-interview with a duly filled up Application Form, self-attested copies of all testimonials such as age proof, qualification, and experience certificates, along with two recent passport-size photographs.

Posts and Eligibility

The engagement is for the project “Development of Coastal area under DSDA”. Candidates must meet the following essential qualifications, experience preferences, and age limits:

• Essential Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering from an institution recognized by the Government or a Degree in Civil Engineering from a University or Institute recognized by the Government. Candidates must possess working knowledge of computers and AutoCAD, along with essential knowledge of preparing civil engineering drawings, estimates, measurements, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Desirable Qualification / Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in civil construction, supervision, maintenance, repair, renovation, and development of buildings and allied infrastructure. Experience in site supervision, measurement of work, checking contractors’ bills, and monitoring construction quality and progress is desirable. Knowledge of e-tendering procedures, Government works-related formalities, and relevant technical specifications is preferred.
• Age Limit: Maximum 41 years as on 01.01.2026, with age relaxation as per Government rules.
