Pay and Terms
The selected Senior Resident (Medical Officer) receives a consolidated salary of Rs. 1,00,000/- per month. No other allowance or facilities other than consolidated emoluments/salary are admissible. The appointment is purely temporary on a contract basis for a period of 11 months only from the date of commencement of the contract. It can be terminated by giving one month’s notice from either side. Work and conduct are reviewed from time to time, and unsatisfactory performance leads to immediate termination without notice. This appointment does not vest any right to claim regular appointment, permanent absorption, or continued contractual renewal.
