HLL Lifecare Limited, the Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has opened applications for 55 vacancies across 20 posts, from Quality Assurance Officer and Junior Manager to Chief Manager and Deputy General Manager. Nineteen posts are on executive or non-executive fixed-term contract; one, Deputy General Manager (QA & QC) at Kanagala, is permanent. Postings are in Chhattisgarh, Kerala (Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam, Kozhikode, Thrissur), Karnataka (Bangalore, Kanagala), Goa, Gujarat, Chennai, and “anywhere in India” for three posts.

Applications are made online through a Google form with the prescribed application form uploaded, between 7 and 21 October 2026. Eligibility is post-specific: maximum age ranges from 37 to 47 and is reckoned on 1 October 2026, which is also the cut-off for qualification and experience. Selection is by interview; no written test or fee is mentioned.

Who Can Apply

• Indian nationals only.
• Age, qualification and experience are all reckoned as on 1 October 2026. The maximum age is set per post (37, 40, 45 or 47) and is listed with each post below. SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates get relaxation as per Government of India directives; SC/ST and OBC (non-creamy layer) certificates must be in the format prescribed for Central Government posts.
• Post-qualification experience is counted after the qualifying degree; several posts set different experience for postgraduates and graduates.
• Candidates working in Government, semi-Government, PSU or autonomous bodies must produce a No Objection Certificate at the interview.
• For the permanent DGM post, candidates from Central PSUs must have held a post in the scale of Rs. 60,000–1,80,000 (2017) or Rs. 24,900–50,500 (2007) for two years.

Pay Structure Explained

HLL quotes three figures for each executive post: the basic pay range of the scale, the gross monthly salary at the minimum of the scale, and the annual CTC at the minimum. The gross and CTC are approximate and include allowances; they differ between Metro (Bangalore) and Non-Metro postings. Candidates placed above the minimum would earn more than the quoted gross. Contract tenure is not stated on the position pages; the posts are described only as fixed-term contract.
