Minimum of three years of relevant experience in research, specifically in carrying out mixed-methods research and performing both qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Must have knowledge in cybersecurity and cyber risk management domains.
5% relaxation of marks may be granted to the SC/ST Candidates. In case of selection of a retired/superannuated government employee, his/her salary will be fixed as per prevailing IRD norms.

Experience in conducting grounded theory methodology and thematic analysis, conducting data collection through interviews, FGDs, Delphi technique, surveys, developing and validating research instruments, conducting experimental, quasi-experimental research studies and pre-post longitudinal evaluation, auditing data collection, and research writing.
