1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of CheckMyPrep, including its website, accounts, practice quizzes, question bank, Test Series, mock tests, reports and paid digital products.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. Additional terms shown at checkout or for a particular product may also apply.
2. About CheckMyPrep
CheckMyPrep is an exam-preparation and practice platform intended to help users prepare for competitive and government examinations. Its resources may include questions, explanations, quizzes, mock tests, recruitment-related information, performance reports and paid Test Series.
CheckMyPrep is an independent educational service. Unless expressly stated in writing, it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any government department, examination board, recruitment agency or public authority. Official notifications and examination authorities remain the authoritative sources for examination rules, eligibility, dates and results.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your account details reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Do not impersonate another person, create accounts through deceptive means or use another user’s account without permission.
If a user is below the age at which they may independently consent to relevant data processing or enter a binding contract under applicable law, the appropriate parent or legal guardian must be involved as required by law.
4. Educational content and no guarantee of results
CheckMyPrep provides study and practice resources for educational purposes. We aim to make content useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every question, answer, explanation, recruitment detail or other item will always be complete, current or error-free.
Using CheckMyPrep does not guarantee selection, qualification, a particular examination score, employment, admission or any other outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Users should verify important information, including eligibility criteria, application deadlines, examination schedules, syllabus changes and official answers, with the relevant official authority.
5. Paid products and purchases
Prices, product features, access periods and included Test Series will be displayed before purchase. By confirming a purchase, you authorise the applicable payment transaction.
The product description and checkout terms determine the scope of the purchased access. An individual Test Series purchase does not include other Test Series or a membership unless expressly stated.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. Their applicable terms and processes may also apply to the payment transaction.
Refunds, duplicate charges, failed payments and payment-related complaints are addressed in our Refund, Cancellation & Payment Disputes Policy, subject to applicable law.
6. Permitted use
You may use the website for personal, lawful exam preparation and other uses expressly permitted by CheckMyPrep.
You must not:
- Copy, scrape, download in bulk, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit question banks, explanations, test papers or other protected content without permission.
- Share paid account credentials or deliberately provide unauthorised access to paid materials.
- Circumvent payment, access-control, account-security or usage restrictions.
- Probe, attack, disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its database or its infrastructure.
- Upload malicious code or use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment or infringement of another person’s rights.
- Submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Misrepresent CheckMyPrep content as an official government publication or examination authority’s material.
Nothing in these terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s branding, design, original text, question explanations, compilations, software and other content are owned by or licensed to the operator.
You may access and use the materials for personal study within the permissions provided by the website. No ownership of the website or its content transfers to you through account creation or purchase.
You must obtain permission before reproducing, publishing, reselling or distributing protected content beyond what applicable law permits. You retain rights in content you lawfully own and submit, subject to any permission necessary to operate the website.
8. User submissions and reports
If the website allows you to submit feedback, corrections or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not knowingly violate another person’s rights.
You grant CheckMyPrep permission to use such submissions as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure and improve the service, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. This clause does not transfer ownership of your independently owned work to CheckMyPrep.
9. Availability, maintenance and technical issues
We aim to keep CheckMyPrep available and functional, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Access may be affected by maintenance, software updates, hosting or network problems, payment-provider issues, security incidents, or events outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice of planned maintenance. If a technical issue materially affects a paid product, please contact support so that we can investigate and consider an appropriate remedy under the applicable policy and law.
10. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment providers, analytics, hosting, email, social login or external information sources.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent they are outside our control, but this clause does not exclude any responsibility imposed on us by applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, account compromise, unlawful conduct, security risks, material breaches of these terms or misuse of paid content.
Where practicable and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Emergency action may be necessary to protect users, systems or legal rights.
Any action affecting a paid purchase will be handled consistently with applicable law and the relevant refund policy. This section does not permit arbitrary deprivation of consumer rights.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general educational content are provided on an โas availableโ basis, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free content or a particular examination outcome.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
To the extent legally permitted, the operator will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website where such exclusion is lawful. This provision does not remove liability for obligations or losses for which applicable law does not permit exclusion.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, a user may be responsible for losses directly caused by the user’s unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these terms. This clause is not intended to impose liability for matters caused by CheckMyPrep or to override mandatory legal protections.
14. Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by the CheckMyPrep Privacy Policy, which explains the categories of information we may process, the purposes of processing, relevant service providers, security practices, retention and available rights.
15. Complaints and grievance redressal
For support or complaints, use:

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and redress them within one month, in accordance with applicable requirements.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Where required, we will provide notice or seek consent for material changes. Updated terms do not remove rights that have already accrued under applicable law.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable conflict-of-law rules and mandatory consumer protections.
Nothing in these terms prevents a consumer from exercising a right to approach a competent consumer authority or forum under applicable law. Any jurisdiction clause must be interpreted subject to the jurisdiction and rights prescribed by law.
